Grenache and Syrah
A fruity, lively, intense wine, perfect for sharing. Red berry notes. A forthright palate, very supple, in forest fruits aromatic range.
Harvest carried out very early in the morning to avoid deterioration in
the grapes. Vatting and fermentation kept as flexible as possible at 25°C.
Pumping over once or twice per day, de-vatting after 10 days, separation
from lees to eliminate bacteriological risk. Transfer to full tank for

In the heart of the Roussillon, in Rivesaltes, Cazes has near 200 hectares that each year give rise to 14 different wines.
Vins de pays, Côtes du Roussillon and Côtes du Roussillon Villages, Rivesaltes and Muscat de Rivesaltes… each of those is given the same care in nearly twelve different processes, each combining traditional know-how and elaborate technology.
