This wine displays a pink robe . The fruity (strawberry, raspberry ) intensifies ventilation. Soft and round , the palate shows good volume and evolving into more final vivacity. Well-balanced wine.
The Girard family have six different parcels of Sancerre vineyards.
 Their hillside vineyards are located on classic clay and chalk soils, giving
 the grippy, mineral style expected of true Sancerre. Domaine des
 Brosses has used a machine harvester to collect the grapes since 1989.
The History
 Since 1875, The Domaine Des Brosses, is run by the same family. In
 2007 Nicolas took over half of the property which about 22 acres of
 Vineyard planted, 18 acres of Sauvignon Blanc and 4 acres of Pinot
 Noir.
 Soils “argilo-calcaires” Claylike, limestone « terres blanches »white
 soil « stony ». The underground is exclusively limestone typical of
 the appellation.
